Inside look at St. Frank, a San Francisco gem

One of our favorite parts of this job is seeing all of our hard work come to life.  Once the furniture has gone in, the next essential step is applying the finishing touches. Each element helps to pull a space together and give the room a unique quality that feels oh so right. The right formula of several layered items hold the key to a beautiful, well-composed room. Shopping in San Francisco, we have lots of options, but a favorite go-to has always been St. Frank. Based in the impossibly charming Laurel Heights neighborhood, this place is a true gem and such a fun location to explore!

We’ll be helping to kick off the Junior League Home Tour with a celebration at St. Frank this week, Wednesday September 20 -- if you’d like to join, send an email to nicky@greeneandgreydesign.com and get on the list. And if you haven’t already purchased your tickets for the Home Tour, get on it! You can find them here.

St. Frank is packed with unique finds sourced from artisans from over 25 countries, each piece bringing with it the ‘authentic cultural heritage of the communities from which they originate.’ We love the eclectic mix of vintage and new pieces, bright colorful frazadas, tactile curiosities, and some of the best coffee table books in town! The collection is so carefully curated that although its a small showroom, you can find everything you need in one stop.

The latest addition to the store includes fabric and wallpaper sold by the yard -- we’re dying over the gorgeous patterns and luxe fabrics we’ve already seen and can’t wait to see the rest:
